I came into myself through my own hard work, and by learning to love my body in the midst of learning to like others for who they were along the way. Then with the birth of my daughter and the love of a man who offered me a safe haven to discover my innate love and self-preservation, I was motivated and inspired to lose 269 pounds.
With my much smaller body and new mindset comes a holistically happier life-style and spiritual well-being from discovering self-love, meditation and mindful eating. All because as a child, and into adulthood, the meaning of love was lost to me, and my life became a never-ending story of unrequited love within myself with an abundance of fear. Sadly, I found an escape in the comfort of food, creating a “bigger” problem.
As I matured, my strongest most celebrated aspect of health was in nourishing my body and soul. The usage of holistic herbs was a major part of my mental, physical and spiritual growth and well-being which serenely guided me into a life-long, life-style change that satisfied my emotional and physical needs.
As I continue on my journey, the imparted wisdom it reveals everyday creates an inherent desire to help other courageous women in search of their own, real-life, meaningful changes to come full-circle to find their authenticity. Self-preservation can be a mighty sword in the hunt for your happiness. My significant weight loss is an obvious testament to that truth, and one that will guide me in helping you to find your own truth and happiness.
